Link Quota Limit

The Link Quota Limit feature enables administrators to effectively manage and control the creation of API links across all users in the system. This ensures optimal resource utilization and helps maintain platform performance.

Functionality:

The feature consists of two main components:

1. Monthly quota per user:

   • This sets the maximum number of links a user can create per month.

2. Quota limit:

   • This feature allows you to set a new quota limit for all API links simultaneously. You can input a specific number that will become the new quota limit for all API links across all users. It doesn’t reset to previous settings but instead applies the new limit you specify. This action affects all users. Enter the desired limit in the input field before activating.

How It Works

1. Monthly quota per user:

   • Administrators can set a specific number of links allowed for each user monthly.
   • The system automatically tracks the number of created links and blocks new creations once the limit is reached.
   • The limit resets at the beginning of each month unless you perform a manual reset. .

2. Global limit setting:

   • Administrators can input a specific number that will become the new quota limit for all API links across all user accounts immediately.
   • This action doesn’t reset to previous settings but applies the new specified limit.
   • The change affects all users simultaneously and immediately
   • To activate the new limit immediately, enter the desired value in the input field and confirm the change.
